Marshmallow root, calendula leaves, chamomile flowers.

Directions

For external use only (not for drinking), these muslin tea bags are filled with calendula leaves (soothes inflammation), chamomile flowers (antibacterial properties and helps offers mild pain relief) and marshmallow root (acts a detoxifying agent and rids the body of impurities, helping the body cleanse itself).
Boil 2 litres of water, add the tea bags and allow to steep 10-60 minutes to allow water to cool.  The tea can be used with compresses to help soothe dry, cracked nipples and the tea bags can be cooled in the fridge and later placed directly on the nipples to soothe and heal.
